Reviews, names and one phone number

1,052 five-star Google reviews didn't happen by accident. Neither did 83% of the written ones naming the tech.

Ask in the driveway, by name, every job

The review request is part of the job, not a follow-up email three weeks later. The tech asks while the yard is still wet and the customer is still relieved.

Why names matter

A review that says "Tom was here in 15 minutes" reads as real. It builds a person's reputation, not just a logo's. Of 340 written Able Rooter Google reviews checked on Oct 24, 2026, 282 name Tom.

One number everywhere

Google, Yelp, Facebook, TikTok, the truck and the website should all show the same name and phone number. A second number or a duplicate listing splits your reputation in half.

Show reviews honestly

Short excerpts, the reviewer's first name and initial, the source. Never invented, never edited to say something the customer didn't.
