What a job story is
One visit, one page: the reported problem, what was found, the work described and the documented outcome. Readers can browse by job type (drain cleaning, hydro jetting, water heaters, plumbing), by city, or by ZIP.
Why it matters
- Proof beats claims. "We're the best" means nothing. "Roots cut out of a main line in Ballwin" means something.
- Long-tail search. Specific problems in specific towns are exactly what people type.
- It feeds everything else. Each story strengthens its city page, its ZIP page and its service page.
The rules
- No customer names or exact addresses.
- Only what happened. A similar symptom can have a different cause, and a story never diagnoses someone else's pipe.
- Photos only with permission.
How it gets written
The tech's notes and photos go into the desk. Story Drive turns them into a draft. A person reviews it before it publishes.
